What a cheeky fellow? Robert Mugabe is indeed a cheeky fellow. Still harping on about being a leader from the people yet doing everything to make sure that the same people starve to death.
The party to celebrate 'victory' this week is one event that shows how distant Mugabe is from people's problems. It shows how misinformed and misguided he has become. Or has always been.
Still he thinks he is there for the people.
Listen to this: “Aiwa izuva redu. Izuva rekuti isusu tikorokotedzwe hongu asi vatinosungirwa kukorokotedza vanhu vedu mhuri yeZimbabwe."
 He rumbles on: "Hatife takambofunga kuti because we are leaders we are above the people. We come from the people, we have come from the people because the people have definite interest and definite demands which they wanted addressed.”
Bullshit. So the people who have no jobs. No medicines. No water. No electricity. Struggle to pay fees. Struggle to buy food. Have their homes destroyed. Others evicted from farms so that Mugabe's cronies can take over are above Mugabe? 
Above Mugabe who has everything? Mugabe who is a king? Mugabe who does not go a day without water? Mugabe who has electricity everyday? Mugabe who is chaperoned and knelt to and prayed to? Mugabe whose children want nothing? Mugabe whose wife is likely to take over? 
Shuwa shuwa here? This is being cheeky. Mugabe is a cheeky fellow. How can he tell people who are groveling in the dust that they are above him at this time?
And who talks about employment now when those who are employed get payslips with no pay dates? Are there people who still believe this shit? Do you believe this shit? 
 The Herald says: "The event was attended by Zanu-PF Politburo members, Cabinet ministers, Members of Parliament, service chiefs, captains of industry and traditional chiefs."
Saka are these the people? Are they Zimbabwe? Where is the bare-footed woman who danced and cast the vote for Zanu-PF and Mugabe? Where is the youth? Where are the REAL people and not these vultures? Where are the Zimbabweans at the party?
Those idiots grinning at Mugabe are the architects of this failure. They have driven this beautiful country into ruin. The media which gleefully weaves seemingly good tales when outside State House, destitution and hunger flood the area are criminals.
That they eat and live well should not make them lie about the dead economy. About an industry that has been silenced by years of misgovernance.
